Our experience living at Mountain View Place Apartments and working with PMI Commonwealth has been excellent. The apartment units are beautiful and located in a quiet part of town, with easy access to most places in the area. The management team is awesome - always friendly, professional, and responsive. Renewing our lease for a second year was an easy decision, and we would absolutely recommend the Mountain View Place Apartments to anyone moving to the area.
We moved from North Carolina to Charlottesville in July of 2022. This meant finding a home without actually viewing the property. Michael and Jake with PMI were there every step of the way to assist in the move in. They are both a text or phone call away to address any property issues and assure they are handled promptly. I am grateful to Michael and the landlord for the opportunity to rent a home in Charlottesville. We are relocating due to work with many happy memories.
The company has an outstanding staff always readily available to address any issues or concerns. The communication is fantastic and their teams are always ready to fix any maintenance issues very quickly. This is by far the best management company I’ve dealt with and will highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you again for being very professional, fast, and reliable.
