This team has made the rental process incredibly easy. They have been extremely communicative throughout the process, and have made it very simple throughout each step of the rental. The place looks great as well!
PMI Charlottesville, and Michael Johnson in particular, have been phenomenal! The team at PMI has been accommodating and supportive. Our experience living at Mountain View Place Apartments and working with PMI Commonwealth has been excellent. The apartment units are beautiful and located in a quiet part of town, with easy access to most places in the area. The management team is awesome - always friendly, professional, and responsive. Renewing our lease for a second year was an easy decision, and we would absolutely recommend the Mountain View Place Apartments to anyone moving to the area.
We moved from North Carolina to Charlottesville in July of 2022. This meant finding a home without actually viewing the property. Michael and Jake with PMI were there every step of the way to assist in the move in. They are both a text or phone call away to address any property issues and assure they are handled promptly. I am grateful to Michael and the landlord for the opportunity to rent a home in Charlottesville. We are relocating due to work with many happy memories.
