This was the worst apartment application process EVER. These might be the most incompetent people out there. At least I hope they're just incompetent and not intentionally robbing us blind. I went to tour an apartment this past week and first off, it was supposed to be a private tour and there were like 6 other people that joined. Listen to the low reviews and not the random 5 star reviews that were obviously encouraged by this company. Make sure you know your tenant rights and be prepared to follow up several times for a response on any issues you have as a renter. Avoid this company if you can, they do not care about the condition of their property or the safety of the tenants. I, like the other who have written reviews, don’t normally, but this was the worst renting experience I’ve had, so beware…
