Dear owners & potential clients, For reference, we’re from a long line of owners. I’ve been mowing lawns since I was about five years old 😂 (but new to this area) I would be disgusted if this happened to a potential tenant. First, it was Difficult to get ahold of a live person. She consistently finds high-quality tenants, pays close attention to detail, and makes the entire process completely hands-off and worry-free for us. She is professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable property management or leasing professional.
We, once agaian, recently had a great experience working with PMI Chi Town. Their team, especially Meha, has been extremely proactive and persistent in managing my property. They recently worked diligently with the Housing Authority of our County to secure a rent increase and even ensured it was applied retroactively, resulting in additional funds being credited to my account. Overall, solid experience and definitely recommend them
