Very bad experience. Nicholas did advertise the most expensive package, saying that with this package they will not take the first month fee, then took it any way, "for real estate agent". Tenants asked for repairs, and he "could not find a handy man" for a year. I ended up looking for a handyman from Michigan, where I live now. Tenants stopped paying, due to repairs not done, and he did not even notify me, untill I had to call him, asking where is my money.
Chevy Chase PM gets our properties rented fast! They are professional and respond quickly. I sleep better knowing they are taking care of our properties.
Nick is a great agent to work with. In spite of being really busy he helped me get the keys to the apartment and then the security deposit when I moved out. Highly recommend.
We ended up in a bit of a jam, and Nick went the extra mile to help us resolve the problem. Very much appreciated.
