Very professional and responsive. Nick is customer service-oriented and quite knowledgeable in property management. Overall a good company to work with.
They will rent you units that are not clean, have roaches, and mock you for it. The owner replied saying they had no record of me, so here are some pictures which were shared with them which they did not care about. In fact, when reporting the agent to the CEO of a company he was affiliated with, the agent went so far to contact me just to say that he was aware of my complaint, that it does not matter, and that there is not a single thing they are going to do to him. We had an excellent experience working with Nicholas at PMI Chevy Chase. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to help our family secure our new home. During some critical moments in the process, Nicholas was incredibly patient, responsive, and proactive, which made a stressful move much smoother for us.
Nick and his team were great for the 3+ years we rented in Silver Spring, the online portal makes it easy to pay rent and maintenance requests! Hope to rent from Nick & his team again
