We had an excellent experience working with Nicholas at PMI Chevy Chase. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to help our family secure our new home. During some critical moments in the process, Nicholas was incredibly patient, responsive, and proactive, which made a stressful move much smoother for us.
Nick and his team were great for the 3+ years we rented in Silver Spring, the online portal makes it easy to pay rent and maintenance requests! Hope to rent from Nick & his team again
If you are a tenant, they are great to work with too. They fix things fast and make it very easy to pay rent online. They truly care about making sure everyone is happy and the home is well-kept.
I also like how they screen renters. They make sure to pick responsible people who pay on time and follow the rules. This keeps my house in great shape and saves me from having any big problems.
