owner of this company Nick Scherier will never return my calls, only corresponds by email. I bought my home in 2020. The owner never disclosed that it had leaks. The HOA was aware and never told me about it causing me a lot of cost out of pocket to the tune of 35,000 not including the 45 or so that my homeowners had to pay. All the pipes in my home had to be replaced! Now there was a structural repair needed and they decided to paint 2 of the condos white and not cement color. See photos attached.
