I am currently a client of theirs as an active landlord. I cannot get in contact with anyone at the company and they have not paid me any rents from my building in over 3 months. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Mike Hanson is a crook and a thief. He illegally retained my security deposit and still has not returned it over 60 days after a perfect report on my move-out inspection which stated I was owed my full deposit. Do not give this man or his company ANY business (unless you like being stolen from). Tenants - know your rights!
5 year tenant. Experienced very few issues, any of which were handled well by Mike.
They will try to take every penny from you regardless of whether you are within your lease rights or not.
