Our HOA is a relatively-new client of PMI Iowa. Speaking only for myself, I find them to be easy to communicate with. They have access to, and experience with, many vendors. I have heard they've saved our HOA money on lawn and snow removal. They are responsive to repair requests and suggestions. Theirs is a tough business in which persons who are unhappy tend to speak the loudest. I am happy our HOA made the switch.
IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS HARD TO SPEAK TO SOMOME HERE ON THE PHONE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I reached out and left a voicemail to PMI detailing very well what I needed help with and requested a call back. (SIMPLE Account Recovery/Password reset) To my surprise I did not receive a call back I got an email from a Representative named Lorna. It seems as if Lorna didn’t give much attention to what the voicemail had said and responded with something very different to what I needed help with. Absolutely SUCK!!!! HOA fees keep going up-nothing gets fixed. They have a dumb parking system so an elderly relative has to park a mile away and walk to your place. They sell parking passes that brake and then have CROW TOW patrolling the parking lot to tow people who LIVE HERE!!!
Too hard for them to return calls because they are too busy towing their residents of 5 years. 10/10 would never recommend a property managed by them
