I’ve been renting a townhouse managed by PMI Capital Region. A word of caution for others considering renting a property managed by this company: They will send out contractors that deliberately mislead and misinform a tenant about a problem in their home to charge them, the tenant a maintenance fee. This is a fee charged to the tenants every time they submit a maintenance request that requires a visit to the property, repair something, or have a professional inspect the area that needs attention.
