This place is a total scam. We rented from them years ago and they totally screwed us out of over half of our deposit and even charged us for electrical work that needed to be done BEFORE we moved in. They also sent us a FAKE cleaning invoice from a company that isn't even in business and also used a FAKE invoice for our "landscaping" that needed to be done even though we had put our own money into fixing the yard right when we moved in. I rented from PMI in 2017 and moved out a few motnhs early in 2018. I paid an additional month of rent to move out prior to the full year lease (8 months in). The house in Nampa was absolutely trashed when I moved in but we cleaned it up and hauled off all the garbage except some pallets and paint that was there when we moved in that was left inside and out in the yard. Don't live on their properties on even try to call them they will lie to you if they answer the phone or call you back at all.

When it comes to our properties we manage we are the middle man. We do not own the properties and work with the owners to the best of our abilities to resolve any maintenance issues. I went through PMI of Boise while renting a home in Meridian ID. Aside from never being able to get ahold of the property manager, we were also grossly overcharged upon moving out. We lost our entire deposit and were told we owed an additional amount. The house was left in basically the same condition as when we moved in aside from MINOR, very minor, damages.
