Tara and her staff is extremely knowledgeable and very organized, keeping our community on budget and in compliance. They are always available to assist with the needs of the Board and the Community.
Can I leave 0 stars? Communication and professionalism is disappointing. We closed on our home with optimism of a great community filled with new memories. Our first experience came just 5 days after closing when we received a notice of violation..... before even a welcome packet. Since I'm a POA for James Cole it's a not as straight forward so I called Karen and my computer has problems. She walked me through it and got everything in with the correct amount. I had signed up but not correct amount. I'm an old lady but pretty techie. The problem is - the IT people need to think like users - not programers - and this is not my first rodeo... I am a homeowner in The Fairways of River Crossing subdivision. My gate opener passed away after a long life. I called Bluebonnet on 4/10/26 to find out the process of getting new opener. On 4/13/26, I was quite surprised to receive a phone message from Nancy at Bluebonnet that she was in the area and could deliver my new opener to my house. She was at my house less than an hour after I called her back. This is the ultimate in customer service. Thank You So Very Much, Nancy.
