Since I'm a POA for James Cole it's a not as straight forward so I called Karen and my computer has problems. She walked me through it and got everything in with the correct amount. I am a homeowner in The Fairways of River Crossing subdivision. My gate opener passed away after a long life. I called Bluebonnet on 4/10/26 to find out the process of getting new opener. On 4/13/26, I was quite surprised to receive a phone message from Nancy at Bluebonnet that she was in the area and could deliver my new opener to my house. She was at my house less than an hour after I called her back. This is the ultimate in customer service. Thank You So Very Much, Nancy.
Communication with residents has improved a lot since they took over. Updates are shared regularly, and it’s easier to get responses when questions come up. It makes a noticeable difference in the community.
They’ve been helpful in supporting our board with day-to-day decisions. It’s nice having a team that understands how community management works and can guide us when needed.
