Communication with residents has improved a lot since they took over. Updates are shared regularly, and it’s easier to get responses when questions come up. It makes a noticeable difference in the community.
They’ve been helpful in supporting our board with day-to-day decisions. It’s nice having a team that understands how community management works and can guide us when needed.
Our HOA has been working with them for a while now, and things have become much more organized. From handling finances to coordinating maintenance, everything runs more smoothly than before.

Last October we transitioned to PMI. I was very impressed with how seamless it was to combine the financial statements from the old management co (in light of many adj required) with PMI activity through 12/31 (since we did not receive f/s from old co till after yearend). Mark Vicente did an excellent job taking a rollforward provided and work that in to their financial system to arrive at a good yearend balance.
