1 star is being generous. 2 months into the move in and I am still dealing with electrical issues throughout the home . Can't do laundry because the breaker trips every 5 mins and they won't give me permission to have it worked on. Id highly recommend to stay away from this company. I regret going through this company 100%.
Their office is pretty much useless, nobody answers phones so you would think going in person would be better, wrong turn you away without an appointment that’s impossible to make cause you can’t even make it in person gotta call another imaginary number. Worst company I’ve dealt with but as long as their pockets are full right now!!
Muy mala experiencia!! Hace meses tenemos desperfectos importantes en la casa como la electricidad el techo está roto.. y no han dado solución a nuestro caso, hemos asistido personalmente, por mails, por teléfono y nada! Solo se pasan la responsabilidad de una persona a otra y no dan solución!! Estamos pagando por un espacio hace meses por el cual no podemos hacer uso, que prácticamente es la mitad de la casa.
Worst HOA Management Company in Town, Had them for a year on paper... so hard to get a hold them, never received any monthly reports, they did not file our taxes, they are worthless..
Literally no one ever answers the phone. I’ve been calling for days, to no avail. Just crazy.
