If I could give PMI Baystate negative stars, I would. Very fast to throw expenses your way but if there is an issue, they are unresponsive and unhelpful. A 6 week parking project was started but it has now been 6 months without parking and no concessions have been made. Pool wasn't opened this year due to the project and no concessions have been made. They are trying to get tenants to pay for professional carpet cleaning even though the lease doesn't include that language (only normal wear and tear has occurred). This is ill... read more

Absolutely the worst communication , and responsiveness I have ever experienced in real estate by far.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this management company during my tenancy. Communication with owner was consistently poor. Additionally, the fees and charges imposed on tenants were excessive and lacked transparency. Overall, I would strongly advise against renting from this management company.
NOT a Good Experience! We used PMI Bay State for approx. 9 months from July 2022 to March 2023 --which was MORE than enough! Russell talked a good line, but didn't follow through. Unresponsive to emails -- even with important questions/concerns. Not truthful when asked about bank account transfers or bill payments. Bills took months to be paid. No regular transfers of funds into our Reserve Account. We actually had to hire our own accountant at the last minute at tax time or our filing would have been late. Not only a VERY A... read more
