Paul is great
We rented a house from this property management company and the night before we moved the house flooded from their cleaning crew leaving the toilet running and it over flowed. The house had 4+ inches of water in it the day we weee suppose to move in. The house also had a leaking ac unit causing leaking in the garage. We put all if our stuff into the garage hoping it wouldn’t get leaked on. We had to be in a hotel until the house was livable which took 6 days. Penny and Arrico have been very responsive and helpful in managing my property rental. Always very prompt on maintenance requests. As I am overseas their management of everything allows me to sleep well at night!
We used their tenant finding services and they were GREAT! They found a tenant very quickly, and took care of everything in a timely manner. I will not be using anyone else in the future!
