so far not the best experience. they don't have an actual office my neighbor has been having issues with her stove and they still haven't fix it the manager its always acting like its a bother to answer questions
Horrible company!!!! The contact person, Steven Wellever, was very uncooperative when a contractor he send to repair home stole tools from my garage. The contractor, also did not know what he was doing putting band aids over damages and very sub-par competency of his workmanship. I am getting no where with this company for legitimate needs of repair and they will not follow through with the repairs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!! Not at all customer friendly!
