I had an extremely disappointing experience with MPI Property Management regarding the return of a guest parking pass. When I initially purchased the pass around January 6, 2025, I was informed by the HOA that I could return it for a refund when I no longer needed it. I even visited MPI’s office in person with cash, as they only accepted cash payments. Thank you thank you thank you Jennifer!!!!! It is such a warm and welcoming feeling to get a hold of someone that actually cares. Customer service has gone down everywhere you go including phone calls and even in person. Was not the case with Jennifer. PMI property management company is a great place to rent from. I've been renting from them for10 years and they are great people. They are very prompt when you need something fix they get right on it. They are so understanding. When I needed to be a little late on rent, do to some situation. PMI has done a great job of managing our rental property for over 4 years. During that time they have been very helpful in handling any issues with tenants and especially with the challenges that arose during COVID. They do a great job of keeping us informed of service requests and we appreciate that they are flexible to work with our contractor when possible. Having PMI manage the rent collection and tenant communication, as well as marketing and showing the property gives us peace of mind.
