My move in with PMI was seamless thanks to David and Isabel. They did their best to assist with questions in a timely manner. House was clean when I moved in. I’ve had terrible experiences with other property management companies in the past so I am so relieved they made it a good experience. They have earned my business as long as I rent here in charlotte! Thanks so much guys!

I toured a house on October 24, 2024. I applied that same night paying over $100 in application fees. I called in on 10/30/24 to check the status of my application. I was told I would be receiving a call the next day. That call never came. I have attempted to call the office several times and never get an answer. I have left messages and no one returns any of my calls. At this point I feel like they just took my money for the application fee with no intention of approving or denying my application. I feel scammed

Wish I could give 0 stars. Or Post pics of what I'm dealing with... There is a piece of siding coming off my house, my back fence fell over from dry rot and 3 months later I just now got a response from maintenance telling me to "just tear it down and haul it away. No replacement"... That is not my job as a tenant. I have 10 other issues as well. Save yourself the trouble, if you see PMI, just find somewhere else to live
