I had a wonderful 2 week stay at the house located at 746 101st Ave. N. in Naples FL 34108. This 4-bedroom 3 bath home is literally a totally renovated home in the last year. All the rooms, kitchen, bathrooms had all new fixtures and appliances. The caged pool was amazing as well. They had pool service weekly. The two-car garage was also very helpful. The property we stayed at was beautiful, but the communication with the property management company was less than satisfactory. We had a backed up sewer line that we communicated on day 1; took 3 days for them to be responsive and get a plumber out there to snake it. A few other hiccups came up and the responses from them were very delayed, if we were even able to get one. Not impressed with this property management company from a renters point of view.
My husband and I enjoyed our month stay in Cypress Woods, Naples Florida. The location made it convenient to walk to the pool and clubhouse. Lunch while enjoying the pool and Florida’s sunshine made for a great time.

Beautiful home full of conveniences and amenities! Spotless on arrival and supplied with necessities. Great location for walking/biking/running! Close to Barefoot Beach and easy access to Naples via less busy Vanderbilt Dr. Highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat!
