I work in EMS and got home after a 48 hour shift to the AC being out late in the day and Hazel was prompt at getting the situation rectified the with a technician on scene within an hour.....was very satisfied
Hazel needs to return phone calls and take care of things in a professional manner. She never returns phone calls, her phone goes straight to voicemail. Hazel you are a property manager and you need to take care of your tenants. Answer your phone in the weekends. Some tenants are without AC.
