Worst experience I've ever had with Presbyterian. The provider they gave me was not licensed and now I'm being billed for it. Don't trust these people!
Front desk receptionist Dorothy was extremely rude. I have never dealt with such a rude person at a healthcare facility. She has attitude and does not know how to communicate professionally. She was on a personal call when I arrived to check in and didn’t say anything to me. When I left she refused to schedule a virtual visit that the doctor and I had agreed on because she said she needed the doctors permission. My son began seeing Miss Abrams a year and a half ago and has become progressively worse ever since. She took him unsafely and abruptly off the one medication that was helping him and has put him on other medications that make him worse. Though he is in a continual crisis, she refuses to see him more than once every two months. If any parent sees through her lack of caring and ability she excludes them. And the management never responds. Wonderful place.
