I went to Anna Kaeman psychiatric waiting area to be asked questions by an intake person who gives ur answers to Psychiatrist who then decides if u need to be fitted and I was only kne in the psych waiting area where there was a male head nurse who discriminated against me the minute I went into the waiting area where I sat fir 2 hrs and the male head nurse was yhe meanest cruelest verbally abusive towards me. BE SURE TO READ YOUR AFTER VISIT SUMMARY AFTER EACH VISIT. I RECENTLY DISCOVERED THAT THE ANSWERS I HAVE BEEN GIVING TO THE STAFF ARE BEING FALSIFIED!!!! THEY HAVE BEEN LYING ON MY MEDICAL RECORDS REPEATEDLY. NOT THE SAME PERSON, BUT WHOEVER IS ASKING THE QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT YOUR PAIN LEVELS ARE AND IF YOU FEEL SUICIDAL AND IF YOU FEEL ANXIOUS. Dr. Thai Nguyen is the most consistent & professional physician I have had in Albuquerque since living here.
My son has been seeing Miss Abrams. She has been making reckless and bad decisions with his medication. And the management is nonexistent.
Very unprofessional. I’ve called several times to change my provider. Each time I was told that I would be contacted in 24 hours, no phone calls since. Then I called back and was told “it takes a week” waited a week and nothing. Last time I was told someone called me and left a voicemail. My phone is set up and service is on, did not receive any calls or voicemails. Just looking really unprofessional at this point. I submitted this request in the middle of May and it’s now 6/10.
