I've bought about 10 houses and tend not to use a realtor. Jon was awesome though-- transparent, straight forward, and very knowledgeable about the market, financing, and even subcontractors in the area. We closed in a week. I highly recommend his services and will refer my friends.
Buying a home can be overwhelming, but Jon's expertise in the real estate business made the journey easy. where is the button for zero stars? The worst buyers agent around, a total bully who doesn't do his job. Jon Perog is a very very unprofessional agent, in fact he is the worst in the county and I've heard this from multiple people as well. As the seller, multiple times he hung up on me, cussed me out, belittled and berated me, talked down to me, blocked my calls and texts and acted like a total bully.
