Back when I first saved this place and reviewed it back then, my physician, Dr Larry Zhou, was in this practice together with the other Dr’s listed in a group together. Later, Dr Zhou moved to his own practice down the Hwy from the other group in Louisville and Dr Zhou doesn’t go to that facility after he goes out on his own. I have been going to this place for epidurals for a few months now. They are always fast to get me in. And the doctors and nurses are always very helpful, nice and friendly. I am afraid of needles. And they understand that it makes me very nervous. However they are always there to hold on my hand and get me through it. Ever since I found out I had back issues.They explain things to me and help me understand my concerns and issues. They are always fast to do the procedure. And making sure that I am ok before I leave.

We just experienced the same with a charge of $413 a piece for 2 visits. The visits were a little over 2 months apart. I didn't get the bill for the first visit until after the 2ND visit. This seems like a bait and switch to me. Dr Cronan got his pay, but PMC wants payment for using their room and any supplies the Dr used?. Isn't that the Dr's responsibility, to pay for the facility. The service was fine, we paid our copay, got the diagnostic injection ordered by surgeon, two weeks later we received a bill for PMC hospital facility use that was submit to insurance our copay for. That was $390, this was total blind side, so we were out of pocket $435 withe Dr copay for a ten minute injection. No one during the appointment processes mentioned PMC hospital and name wasn't on office. Just another rip-off / illegal Surprise Charge to Medicare and patient.
