Positives: (1) Dr. Blanson was straight-forward and to the point, which I liked. (2) the front desk person confirmed my insurance coverage prior to me seeing Dr. Blanson (this was my first visit to this office). Negatives: (1) It took 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to see Dr. Blanson (2) PDM Foot and Ankle charges an additional 3% fee for services paid for with a credit card, including co-pays (3) the office required signatures on duplicate paperwork related to payment, privacy, release of information.
Very clean office, great customer service, staff very professional and knowledgeable of the practice. Will recommend his service to anyone looking for a foot Doctor.
Loved the beautiful new facility and staff were friendly and efficient. Dr Blanson is wonderful doctor who takes the time to answer all questions and concerns and leaves you feeling confident about your problems.
