My doctor sent in an urgent referral to this group last night. I had to call this afternoon bc I had not heard anything. Susanna informed me that she couldn't find any available for me, so she would have to send it to the referral department that I was still waiting on a call from. She also then informed me that I probably wouldn't hear from them today and I could just suffer with my 1 cm kidney stone already in my ureter because I was one of thousands and thousands of patients that they see.
