Here's the worst medical assistant (MA) horror story. I told him, the MA, my doc appt.would be quick just needed a lab slip for fasting glucose & HgbA1C. 1st ones were slightly elevated. I wanted a med to reverse it early. He started freaking out, "I'm diabetic, mine was 350!" I told him of my medical background, knew they weren't bad, but there was no getting a word in as he ranted. Rob and Michelle have been so wonderful. Rob is always available to answer detailed CPAP questions and is incredibly knowledgeable.

I posted this on the main PMA page, but this needs to be here. Basically stay faaaaar away from this place if you care about your health. DO NOT GO HERE! I had to wait almost 5 months to get through on the phone, then about 4 months to get an appointment. When I got to the office, they told me my specialist was leaving the practice! Not only this, I've been waiting three weeks for a CPAP machine. When I called the office, they have no record of me being prescribed one.
