Leanne is phenomenal, attentive and engaged in her patients care.
Excellent staff and doctors.
I will be switching to another location. I’ve contacted Leanne Knapp for a health related matters and her nurse Michelle called me back and told me to cope with them. I was in shock to have been told this I wouldn’t give the 1 star but I have to.
If I could give them negative stars I would. Copay/deductible and billing nightmare. Apparently if you answer questions about your medical history you get coded differently and billed higher. Unprofessional and rude office manager even after multiple times of me asking why she is being so defensive and argumentative. A 4th calm and patient call from me to them (since they don't follow up proactively) about a rx refill turned into an interrogation from the office manager.
