I will be switching to another location. I’ve contacted Leanne Knapp for a health related matters and her nurse Michelle called me back and told me to cope with them. I was in shock to have been told this I wouldn’t give the 1 star but I have to.
If I could give them negative stars I would. Copay/deductible and billing nightmare. Apparently if you answer questions about your medical history you get coded differently and billed higher. Unprofessional and rude office manager even after multiple times of me asking why she is being so defensive and argumentative. A 4th calm and patient call from me to them (since they don't follow up proactively) about a rx refill turned into an interrogation from the office manager. Unsupportive practice. You can not get anyone from the practice on the phone, always through answering service. You will not get a response for 24+ hours, if any response. Issues with copays being incorrect, you need to inform them of your proper copay to ensure they bill you properly. Administrative staff was rude once I did finally receive a phone call.
The staff and medical professionals here are compassionate and wonderful. I feel taken care of. If a sick appointment is needed they do their best to get you in ASAP.
