I was scheduled to have a sleep study with them. I arrive for my sleep study and nobody was there. It was after hours so there was no way to get a hold of anyone. Nobody contacted me to change my appointment time or let me know that I wasn't supposed to have my sleep study. I still haven't heard anything from them even days later. When I called them during business hours it just went to voicemail.
Place was very nice and professional. The lady here was very beautiful and kind, she deserves a raise!
This place is absolutely the worst! I got kicked out for changing the channel on the television, without the remote control. It made the television go to blue screen then when the medical assistant came back in the room she got all mad because She couldn’t fix it. She told me I should have been filling out my paperwork and not watching television that they advertised they have. So she kicked me out after I waited 2 months for a appointment. Been trying to get through to schedule an appointment, even though my doc told me they'd call me to schedule. I keep calling for over a week and no one answers the phone. The one time they did answer, i was immediately put on hold for 15 mins and i hung up... never got through again smh. The voice message from "special coordinator esmeralda" (she's ripping off the company with that title lol) never returns a call and says dont leave more than 1 voice message smh! My Doctor wants me to do a sleep study (I have done 3 but it's more than 5 years) I call and call and no one answers the phone. All you get is leave a message due to covid. joe said covid was over! Answer the phone!
