I was charged 189 for a 5 minute consult. They promised me if not approved (Overnight) by my insurance they would cancel. The day I was supposed to go in, I got a letter that this was not approved. They only thing the Dr said was loose weight. Stay away!

My mother went to this location four years ago. The location was clean and the staff was nice. However, halfway through the overnight sleep study, we could not wake up my mother. We called an ambulance to be safe since she had a prior stroke but before they arrived, she woke up. She must have been in a deep sleep. The clinic said they could not continue the study; so instead of rescheduling my mother for another study they regulated the CPAP machine to the level it was at when they couldn’t wake her up. I've had 3 sleep studies over the past several years. This place was the worst. The staff was friendly, but the facility was like a run down motel. Room was hot and stuffy. The bed was lumpy. The decor was depressing and old. To top it off, no water was available except from the tap. You would think management would get bottled water, but that didn't happen. I thought I would be able to shower before work, but no hot water, so I had to rush home to shower and remove all the adhesives from my head. I'm sure I had great sleep ... read more

I've had 3 sleep studies over the past several years. This place was the worst. The staff was friendly, but the facility was like a run down motel. Room was hot and stuffy. The bed was lumpy.
