Called in to speak about the customer service I had been receiving as a client for six years. I was spoken to rudely. I felt discriminated against due to the hard times that I had experienced over the six years. I called to inform them that they should greet their clients when sending out messages, I was told they had been very patient with me over the years so basically get over it. Customer service sucks! I have been with this company for six years and they still have no respect for me. Was informed that they have been patient with me so I do not deserve a greeting. Very unprofessional!
Very unprofessional. Called to speak with lady regarding customer service and she stated she has already been patient with me enough through the years. Basically telling me she doesn’t owe me any respect because I have came on hard times in life. Extremely unprofessional. The way they speak to you as a client is so degrading. They make you feel less than for going through hard times in life. Never experienced so much bad customer service.
