We had Leary do some work in our basement to alleviate water entering in the spring and also in times of heavy rain. The crew were prompt, professional and courteous. Jan 23rd 2024 we had a kitchen fire in the wee hours of the morning, as traumatic as that was, after speaking with Pat himself several times throughout that first day, he assured us that we would be ok and we would get our house back. Had a flooded basement they came and damaged my new refrigerator and my molding on my wall and never completely cleaned my basement. Left a bad review with pictures had the owner call me and promise me compensation and for new workers to come and finish. I got the job finished after missing work both times. Now they want to demand payment for the deductible. They even say they will take legal action for payment. I have over 2 grand in property damaged by them.
We called PM Leary and they responded very quickly. They informed my husband and I that they could not help and put in a referral to rotor rooters. Rotor rooters also called back in a timely manner. I am very skeptical about calling companies I have never used before. BUT I would not hesitate about calling PM Leary again if I need to. You will be in good hands!
