Mahdi (technican) and Sarah (service rep) are professional and courteous in their coordination, communication and customer service. They disconnected, assembled and connected our new gas range. It was done in a timely manner, they arrived on time, informed of the initial steps to break in the oven, testing and other items. They parted us with a nice token of their appreciation with a small branded item. I would highly recommend them for your gas and plumber needs, as their customer service and installation was very good.

The installers were very professional. They contacted me, arranged for disconnection & installation, and came exactly when they said. They gave instructions and answered my questions well.

I just wanted to let you know what a great job your installers did with our new LG dishwasher this morning. You gave us a window of 10 - 12. At 9:30 they phoned, verified the address, and advised they would be here in about half an hour. Forty minutes later they were at the door, and 40 minutes after that they were finished. They left our kitchen neat and tidy. No water droplets. No sawdust. Nice couple of guys too. Thanks again to you and your team.
