So impressed with the service I received from P&M Installation who absolutely made my day with the earlier than expected delivery....the kindness & thoughtful gestures!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to any and all who require their services be it carpentry, plumbing, appliance installation or help mounting their T.V. Would 100% use their services again in the future!!!! Do they even exist?? Recommend by Trail Appliances - but I would never use them again, not that I ever met them in the first place. They were meant to show up this morning to simply attach the waterline to my new fridge….but no one showed up…no one called….no one emailed or texted. Why TRAIL would recommend someone from Coquitlam when I live in the Westend, I have no idea, maybe this is the problem. Friendly, efficient and on time. Highly recommend.
Very professional company. Given a window of 9am to 1pm. Sayad the technician called at 9:30 to confirm the address. Arrived at 10am,asked a few questions and got to work. Very friendly, very courteous and kept everything clean. Finished the job and made sure I was happy before he left. Even though this is a warranty job,I highly recommend P&M installation.
Trail Appliances recommended P&M to us and that was a good recommendation. Fashid and Ali did a very quick, careful and efficient job replacing our old wall oven with the new one. We are happy with their work and can recommend them.
