I cannot say enough good things about this organization. I got all new appliances for my condo and they installed them. It involved cutting into the granite, drilling. Everything went off without a hitch and was perfect. They are experts in their field. They even fixed a few things in my kitchen that wasn’t even part of the appliances. I cannot recommend them enough, Consummate professionals
very unprofessional, I scheduled a site visit, took time to provided all necessary details, and ends up the admin never conveyed the info to the repairman, he never came and waste so much time, I waited one week for a time slot, terrible organisation and unprofessional bad attitude, would recommend to stay away from this company at all cost
Exceptional work and professional service from P & M. Highly recommend. The technicians installed our wall oven, induction cooktop and downdraft and made necessary adjustments to our cabinetry and countertop. Thank you, P & M team.
We are now on our 2nd attempt to get a technician by to give us a quote and plan for range installation and they are 45 minutes late with no notice. We had to call them. The first attempt - they didn't show up OR call and it's created a bigger delay for us in the whole process, slowing down our order altogether. Bad communication.
Mahdi (technican) and Sarah (service rep) are professional and courteous in their coordination, communication and customer service. They disconnected, assembled and connected our new gas range. It was done in a timely manner, they arrived on time, informed of the initial steps to break in the oven, testing and other items. They parted us with a nice token of their appreciation with a small branded item. I would highly recommend them for your gas and plumber needs, as their customer service and installation was very good.
