Max is a true professional and a very knowledgeable specialist. We contacted him when we thought that our water heater broke down and were prepared to buy a new one. It took Max 3 visits, but he figured out what part broke, went to buy it, and came back to replace it for us. He saved us a few thousands of dollars. Plus, he is very pleasant and good-hearted guy.
