Some of our existing builder-grade window seals failed over the years, resulting in moisture and fogging between the panes. We called PM Glass to inquire about a solution. Christopher and his team quickly provided information about why this happens and a replacement solution. Within a short amount of time, they came to measure then returned to replace our damaged glass. We had a break in on a Saturday at our business and we were (and still are) super flustered. However, Christopher from PM Glass was not only super quick, efficient and professional in getting us replacement glass asap, but he was also kind, warm and just really understanding.
