Never in my life have I walked into a dental cleaning to just get polished for 3 minutes and get told that’s a general cleaning and for a deep cleaning I needed insurance approval. No suction, no flossing no scraping and as soon as you walk in you can tell there’s not much organization and the energy feels off.
I came to this dental office two weeks ago for x-rays and a cleaning because I was experiencing pain from a broken tooth fast forward to today, September 10th I come in to get a filling done on two cavities I had in my teeth and the dentist sat me down, and she immediately grabbed a drill and started drilling my teeth without numbing me first it was extremely painful and I had to stop her and tell her that it was hurting me and to please use numbing, and when she pulled out the numbing needle , she injected me very aggressiv... read more
This is my first time with this dentist but not the office. New staff and new dentist in the office . Overall prior to visiting phone etiquette was good to book appointment. In office , they were friendly and approachable which was nice. The doctor had good bedside manners which was even better. However, this is my first time ever going to a dentist for my annual cleaning and never actual got any cleaning done. no flossing, scraping , no suction in my mouth , you know, the whole works which was concerning to me . I just left this office disappointed. I came here expecting to get a cleaning done. The Doctor only polished my teeth she didn’t even used the Cavitron, Scaler or Flossed my teeth . She mentioned I had stain and the Cavitron would have removed the stain . She doesn’t know I’m a dental hygienist and I wouldn’t refer anyone to come here she spent 5 minutes polishing my teeth she didn’t use a scaler ,the prophy broke and she just put it back together.
