pm appraisal does excellent rush reports when we are on a deadline
PM appraisal is our “go to” for every commercial deal we do. Great turnaround time, good prices, and they always answer their phone (which is rare these days))
These guys are members of the California Mortgage Association which is where I first met them a year ago. Until then I had gotten used to 3 week turnaround time for commercial reports especially in northern ca. Now when I order a rush I can expect to have it completed within the week
