It was a long story and everything is documented. I feel humiliated and and discriminated under the new management of Plymouth West. Phone numbers on line are not working, when call another that worked, I got message to leave a message after the "tone" but there was never a tone, just the same repeated message. Rudist people I have ever talked to. By all means if you have someone you care for and they are moved to hospice, these folks could care less on assisting one to find out more of where they might have been sent.
