When you're looking for a place to stay, or looking for something that fits your budget, then Plymouth West is the place to stop by! I visit this place and everything looks nice, very clean and all the staff including the management is super helpful. I got to tour the place and seen nothing but great things, but the people are not that friendly but that is everywhere we go, no matter if it is in Los Angeles or Gardena, you can not have your cake and ice cream. It was a long story and everything is documented. I feel humiliated and and discriminated under the new management of Plymouth West. I was approved last September, 2025 by the old management they have already assigned to us a room or unit number. Unfortunately new management changed and first time to meet Alyssa Cuevo she said our documents are held under review. Phone numbers on line are not working, when call another that worked, I got message to leave a message after the "tone" but there was never a tone, just the same repeated message. Rudist people I have ever talked to. By all means if you have someone you care for and they are moved to hospice, these folks could care less on assisting one to find out more of where they might have been sent.
