STILL A GOOD DEAL I'm also on there VIP program and think it's a great deal! You get unlimited car washes, 12 cents off gas, 10 dollars of oil changes, and 10% off auto repair. With the economy the way it is can you really blame them for having to change something on the program? I've been going there for years and i love the people and the services that they offer. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.
Excellent customer service This place just keeps getting better. I have been going there for years and the place was good. The only complaint I had was one of the customer service people was always unfriendly. He's not there anymore and it is really much more customer friendly. They have always done a great job on my car.
Honest I thought I was having brake problems, they were squeaking upon stopping pretty bad. I assumed I needed new brake pads, but their tech looked at my brakes and said that there was just some moisture trapped in there and some dirt and that I still had over 65% of the life of the pads left. How cool! He could have told me I needed new brake pads and I would never have known differently. That is a place to keep going back to!
Fixing what no one else can! This is a great place. I had been to three previous places and no one could figure out what was wrong. They not only found out what was wrong, but the final bill was less than the estimate! It seems they specialize in computer and electrical problems. Their customer service is tops. Thanks guys.
A CHANGE FOR THE BETTER!!! Was in recently with serious car troubles, had my Audi in at two other shops, including the dealership, that couldn't figure out the problem. The service advisors were great, they went out of their way to give me a ride to work. Once they received one of their free loaner vehicles back, they delivered it for me to my work!!! Now that's service in my book. Ended up that their BMW, Audi, and Mercedes Master Tech found the problem and fixed it after a couple hours of diagnostics. I'm never going back ... read more
Crap! I brought my car here for an oil change and asked them to check the tires. One seemed to be losing air. They cam back and said I needed a new intake manifold. I took the vehicle to the dealer and what I actually needed was a head gasket....oh and by the way I also had a nail in my tire....thanks for checking guys!
pissed off I pay $30 a month for a program that includes free oil cahange. Now get a postcard saying only get $10 off. I did not even have time to get an oil change before the offer changed. Way to go and honer your committment. May not do business there again
Re: Highway Bandits They lied to insiderpages.com to have a review pulled. They seem to respond here when there is any bad review about them.
Honest and Professional!! They always walk me through what needs to be done and tell me what is urgent and what can wait til another time. I never feel taken advantage of, like I have at other places. I will only go to Plymouth Vip Car wash And Auto Service as they deliver a high level of customer service along with quality work.
