Ms. Harrison in the front office has been a blessing and great assistance during my stay.
Management keeps up the exterior property pretty well during the week. Meaning the grass is always green, cut and trimmed. Grounds people do their dudiligent to make sure it's clear of any trash that may have been left behind. The wash room is nice, clean, good lighting, updated machines and affordable. The parking lot is clean with lots of space to park, no assigned parking, meaning freedom to park where you like. No loud music BANGING out your neighbors apartment, just loud enough to enjoy. By far the most dangerous apartment complex in Beaumont. Management, please advise what SPECIFIC measures are currently being taken to resolve loitering, gun violence, general disturbances, and the compliance with complex rules as they relate to health and safety. Provide at least five (5) SPECIFIC examples and how Management measuring/tracking improvements for sustainability.
