I’m so grateful for this treatment center and the incredible staff. My loved one came here during one of the hardest times in their life, and the care they received truly made a difference. The team was compassionate, professional, and always made us feel supported. They took time to involve our family and helped my loved one rebuild confidence and stability. The environment is welcoming and full of hope. I can’t thank them enough for helping our family heal. Highly recommend!
If there was a way to leave a negative star, I would. My son was transferred from another facility to this location. I later learned he may not have been ready mentally for the transfer. This facility had the police involved x2 (pinch of credit for the mobile team involvement). I was notified the the day they left him in a parking lot with his "belongings" that were packed. I don't even no where to start with how damn fortunate I was to have found Plymouth Valley Wellness. This program is the sole reason I am now out of the worst depressive episode I have ever been through. To say that they helped save my life would be an understatement. Prior to entering the program I was in the midst of a severe mental health breakdown. Jordan the house manager and Derrick the assistant house manger were great and the group of guys at the house we awesome felt at home even know I was miles away from home. The staff at plymouth were outstanding they go out of there way to help you with any issue I don't have one bad thing to say I would recommend anyone that's going through life problems to contact them. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING You guys deserve more than a 5.
