I lived there for 3 years and put up with the noise from the parking lot as well as from Hilde. After moving out I found out they CHARGE YOUR DEPOSIT FOR PAINTING AND CARPET CLEANING. They argue it's in the lease but not really-its very vague that you leave the carpet in professional condition. Weidner will nickle and dime you! I would not rent from this company-they charge for everything! Nothing special about these old and dated apartments, but the rent keeps increasing!!
I have loved living at Plymouth Square for 8 years. Whenever I've needed a repair done, I to the maintenance guy, Patrick! He is fast, friendly and does such nice work. I'm so appreciative!
