He took the time to ask me questions to get a better understanding of exactly what it was that I was trying to communicate. He was very punctual, even though I had to reschedule the day prior. He wanted to make sure that my move into Plymouth Square apartment was stress-free. Thank you for everything. My family and I truly appreciate it!
