Be aware of the unethical practices of Dr. Bomm!! After my first visit with him several months ago he convinced me that I needed to undergo a procedure called scaling, which cost several $100s out of pocket in order to protect the health of my gums. I do not have gum disease, only pockets where the gums are slightly deeper. Absolutely phenomenal service from doctor Bomm and everyone that I have worked with at Plymouth Smiles. They helped my entire family after we had a bad experience from the previous dentist. I would highly recommend. From someone who is in sales like myself they do not try to upsell for a service that is not needed- but yet they are honest if you don’t need it or the cheaper cost. That is refreshing. The front desk smiles and has great communication skills- that is much needed in this line of work. Keep it up.
I had the best first visit today with Dr. Bromme and his staff! Everyone was patient and kind took time to explain everything they were going to do and then spent time helping me go over my treatment plan for the things I needed to have done. Everything was done with kindness, sincerity, empathy, and understanding. As an oral health provider of 30 years I would recommend Dr. Bromme and his staff to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming dental home.
