I have lived here a little over a year. Maintenance is wonderful - he even boosted my car off for me one morning. Very friendly and helpful. Martha in the office is very friendly and understanding of financial difficulties. I was late for 1 month and she was not rude or pushy about it. The pool is cleaned well enough for as many people frequent it during the summer. The apts are nice and very spacious. I have noticed that my apt isn t level, but it s not a big issue. well there are a few apartments that have mold and mildew that can cause some people to get very sick . need to watch for it. and love child you wouldnt know the truth if it hit you in the face.the maintance man is here because he is close to retiring and she hates to fire him . like the last place he worked
the aparments are nice, they also have a nice pool. the only complaint i have is the noise level there are alot of kids who live in the complex and the walls ar ethin (like most apartments). Management and maitence are both good with resolving problems in a timely fashion. I would recommend them.

its a great place to lie if we just had some one to do maintance. the one we have dont do anything or dont know how to do anythng. he just sit and smokes just about all day. the manger she is a good lady she does everything she can . like we are suppose to have a play ground but it has happened yet because the people that are over her
HORRIBLE!!! This place SUCKS!!! Tons of single moms with noisey kids running and jumping in their apts, all hours of the night!! If you complain to management, both you and the noisey neighbors WILL BE EVICTED!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!
I cant stand this place! The maintance guy doesnt do his job, my apt is unlevel, there is no place for kids to play..... I could go on! When our lease is up... we are DEF out of here!!!
yes alot of sreaming kids in the morning when the school bus comes around! for the most part i love living here for the price. ive got a 2 bedroom/2 bath for \$523/month. thats a steal. and the apartments are really clean/well lit/spacious.
