Moved to the area with an infant and wanted to make sure she got great care so I asked around and this was the only pediatrician in that anyone raved about. I see why now after many months…staff is friendly, they’re always able to work us in even if it’s at the end of the day, wait times aren’t too bad, and they are so good one with my little one. Dr. Smith is so so wonderful. She is knowledgeable, friendly, realistic, and honest.
Phenomenal people work here- all so caring and personable. Dr Oliver and Nurse Barbie are the best IMO
Have been brining my daughter here since she was born now she is 2 and we love coming to see Dr. Smith she is sooo sweet and good at her job she also has a young child and I can tell she gets where I’m coming from with certain situations. I actually requested her to be my daughter’s doctor after the first interaction we had with her because I could tell she actually likes children and cares about them and is interested in getting involved. We’ve had such a great experience at Plymouth Pediatrics. I especially want to compliment Richie, the medical assistant, and Laura, the NP. Richie is always warm, patient, and so good with kids—he makes every visit feel easy and comfortable. And Laura is incredibly thorough and caring. She takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and never makes us feel rushed. It’s such a relief to have providers who truly care about their patients. Highly recommend!
