They have improved greatly improved. More frequent trash collection, so it doesnt over flow. Less trashy tenants, quieter, parking is assigned, but its tight still. They have space problems. At least people arent double parking behind you so you cant get in or out like they used to. Still has water turned off frequently for boiler problems and water never seems to get real hot. Maintenance still has reliability issues. And I HATE the monthly requirement to pay rent only with money orders! But over all, it has improved. Its d... read more

As the last reviewer said. This place IS awful. Its true, the trash is always over flowing, not enough parking, and the tenants dont watch their kids, they scratch your car. In fact, I just recently noticed someone from here must of hit my bumper, because now it is tweaked. And I just got it fixed from someone else doing that! They used to put all the undesirables in the back, but now they are in the front too. And they change management every couple of months too. Always having plumbing problems and turning the water off. This place is awful.. no parking.. The trash is always overflowed, and at least once every two week the water is shut off for hours.. im glad to be gone from that place..
