I am disappointed to have to write this review, as we have stayed here in the past and always had good experiences. We have always paid a pet fee to have our cats stay with us. Over the Thanksgiving holiday this year, we brought our cats and paid the pet fee, as usual. Later in the evening, we were stopped by the new ownerwho tried to prevent us from bringing the cats in.
