Customer service was horrible. It took us weeks to get in touch with anyone to confirm our reservation. Even then, we had to have someone drive to the properly in order to get this confirmed. Day of, we find out it is a self service hotel. We did not get our code to our room until another member of our family staying there texted them. They then sent our room code to this individual instead of us. Doesn’t seem very safe to us that they are texting our room codes to other people. The owner is SO nice she checked on us right when we checked in. Rooms are newly remodeled and very nice. It is right off Plymouths little downtown and there are a lot of restaurants, shops and bars. 10/10 will be staying here again!
They are currently remodeling the hotel. We were in the old section. They are converting to a self service hotel. The maid was the only person we saw and she was wonderful. She was very helpful getting us situated. The room was clean, but the furniture was old and worn out. We had a lot of trouble with the door lock, It kept unlocking and the the lock code is too simple. The bathroom was clean and spacious, but the towels were old and worn out. Toby, just bought this place two weeks before our arrival, the place was in the process of painting and and total make over. Did that decrease our visit? Not in any way. Staff were super helpful with luggage etc. The working idea is for a B & B experience with luxury rooms. You are next to Veterans Park and the river. Steps from down town restaurants and shopping. Very picturesque area!
