Ive suffered many years of unsatisfactory dental care that left me with many serious problems: root canals, decaying tooth and gum disease. I happened to meet Dr. Elena Kachur by chance. Besides, she's soo slow, for root canals on the same tooth, am going now for the 4th time, each appntm. almost 2h. Her office stuff- even worse problem. Manager Wendy cannot do proper billing.
Dr. Kashur was very knowledgeable and she explained everything I needed in detail. The office was clean and the office receptionist was polite. I do have some complaints though. The dental assistant kept hurting my gums when she was attempting to do my x-rays. I think she needed a little bit more practice. Dr. Kashur was nice, but she was too rough and aggressive for me. After many years of poor dental care,two years ago i was lucky to find Dr. Kachur dental office.My teeth are now in excellent condition due to Dr. Kachur oustanding knowledge,experience and dedication to her profession and to her patients.I recommend Dr. Kachur and her staff to anybody looking for a better dental care and a helpful and friendly office environment.Thank you Dr.Kachur.

I had several root canals and crowns done at Dr. Kachurs office. The quality of procedures was very impressive, and their prices were more affordable compared to other offices. Dr. Kachur seems to be very knowledgable and experienced. I never had any problems with my teeth after the treatment. Office staff was friendly and helpful. Ill definitely recommend this office to my friends.
