I'm very impressed with Plymouth Garden. We ordered General Tsao tofu, egg drop soup, and the veggie dumplings. All were very flavorful, well prepared, and the portions were plentiful. Easily splittable between two people. We ended up putting in an order on our phones instead if at the counter; it seemed pretty hectic back there. But they're doing a great job!
Ive only eaten here for lunch and their lunch specials. Lunch specials are priced very well and the appetizer being attached makes them competitive with the panda express across the street I feel. Haven't had any issues with the lunch entrees though personally not a fan of the soup options for the lunch, they seemed very thick, like a sauce, I haven't touched them since. Flavors are similar to other small Chinese restaurants, no surprises, just delicious comfort food.
Ordered via DoorDash. Had the general tap generally I have to ask for it to be mild there was no flavor at all. Probably the blandest Chinese I've ever had ... maybe I will go back to chains but I wanted authentic... yikes missed the boat on this one!!!
Not good, i ordered the mandarin chicken and they gave me plain chicken and broccoli instead. On top of that it was 80% vegetables and barley any chicken, probably the lowest chicken ratio I've ever had from any takeout Chinese place. Additionally, I told the lady over the phone I wanted the fried rice with the beef & broccoli and they gave us white and only 1 container, not a container for each of our meals like online said.
