Low rating due completely to the warranty experience. Our home was completed 2017. A modern suburban home including Plygem windows. Since then, 3 of the windowpanes have fogged. Well, they were glad to sell the windows. But warranty, that's another animal.... It took 2 months and multiple emails to get them to react to the claim I had logged. They required multiple pictures etc, ok I get it. So, what's the settlement (and I'm sure it's in the fine print). They make ME pay $130 for shipping, and oh btw they're petty enough to... read more

They make windows for home depot and they are the worst windows not to mention they can't even make them to size.
