worst company ever I dealt with. Windows are covered by warranty. so our builder asked to reach out to them. They said it's a 75 dollars trip charge which I paid to schedule an appointment. One handyman came and fixed it in 2 min., so I asked them for refund, and it's been 45 days. emails. follows up. nothing works. I had to dispute with credit card.
