Due to numerous concerns raised by myself, spouse, and other professionals, we terminated our contract with Pluum Construction on 6/20/24. We requested a final itemized invoice on several occassions, but have been met with excuses. When we asked for a specific date for when a final itemized invoice will be provided, we were told via text that we would not be given a date. We were told that there are additional addendums, but none were ever approved by us when the project was active. Addendums have to be approved by my spouse... read more

Beware!!! James is a SHYSTER-CON ARTIST!!! James and his crew are rude, disrespectful and incompetent. What was suppose to take 3 months took almost 2 years to complete. The project was a nightmare from beginning to end. First, they installed French doors in the kitchen and an outdoor deck. The French doors were installed incorrectly and would not close to latch the lock. James refused to align the doors and fix the problem, I was left to contract somebody else to fix the problem. The building of the deck was a disaster! My ... read more
