Sammy Property Management were super easy to deal with on all accounts. They always picked up the phone when I called, my money always came in on schedule and my financials were always clear and concise. From speaking with my tenants they found Sammy Property Management easy to work with as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a rental company.
Have been a tenant with Sammy Property Management for almost 3 years now and I have been nothing but pleased with their professionalism and the caring attitude that the staff has had towards me and my family. I consider myself lucky that I have been able to rent from such a great agency. The staff has always been quick to respond to any question or concern and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure that things are taken care of in a very timely manner. We had no problems with Sammy Property Management. Julie was always timely in response to any issues we had while we were leasing. They had a retaining wall built out front to prevent the hillside from eroding away as I did yard work. Upon move-in, they replaced a broken vanity. The vanity was usable, and I didn’t request a new one, but Julie got a new one for me anyways. Ashley and her squad did an astonishing job coordinating repairs and getting our condo rented out. It is old and needed a lot of work; from electrical to new floors to landscaping. Sue took a very professional approach and got everything done quickly at a reasonable cost. The house looks amazing! Once the updates were done, she started showing the house and found some good tenants very quickly. I'm so pleased with the service I received from Sammy Property Management!
